Leadership Dinner with Dr. A

If you have qualifed as an active Executive Director or above for at least one month between December 2018 and April 2019, you are invited to attend this special evening with Dr Andersen. Enjoy a delicious dinner in a beautiful environment as you learn and grow with other leaders!

Arrive between 6:00 pm and 6:15 pm. Dinner begins at 6:30 pm.
Dinner includes salad, entree, and dessert. Tax and gratuity included. Choose from entree choices of Lemon Pepper Chicken or Grilled Pork Tenderloin when you order your ticket. Cash bar available.

Event is hosted by Independent Certified OPTAVIA Coaches: Cliff & Shirley Mast, with guest speaker: Dr Wayne Scott Andersen.

PLEASE NOTE:

• WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND TICKET PRICES OR CHANGE ENTREE REQUESTS. You may transfer your ticket to another person who meets the indicated leadership qualifcations if you are unable to attend. The name on the ticket does not need to match the person who attends.

• Spouses are welcome to attend, even if they are not actively coaching.

• Please do bring your eventbrite ticket to the event to confirm your registration.

• Plenty of free parking is available on site.
